摘    要:通过对胜坨油田 85口抽油井管杆偏磨现状调查 ,发现严重偏磨井数占 50 6% ,偏磨多发生在泵上 40 0m以内 ,抽油杆接箍比本体磨损严重。造成管杆偏磨的因素主要有井身结构、封隔器坐封、杆柱受交变载荷以及产出液腐蚀等。为此 ,提出了防止或减轻偏磨的技术对策 :(1 )改进抽油杆扶正器的结构和材质 ;(2 )采用坐封吨位控制器和低载荷封隔器 ;(3)配置加重杆和油管、抽油杆旋转装置 ;(4)采用长冲程、低冲次的抽油机生产参数及加强现场监控

Abstract:Based on an investigation in eccentric wear of sucker rod and tubing in rod pumped wells, the authors indicate that the main factors causing the eccentric wear include bore frame, packer setting, alternating load on rod string and corrosion by produced fluid. Thereby countermeasures are put forward as follows: (1)improving the structure and material of rod stabilizers; (2)applying packer setting weight controller; (3)using sinker bar and rotating devices for rod and tubing; (4)adopting long stroke and low pumping speed, and strengthening onsite monitoring.
