高温超高压釜加热过程的预测模型与研究

摘    要:高温超高压釜是油田射孔器检测装置的主要设备,由于其超高压的特殊工艺条件以及多层介质的复合传热,使得釜内油温的控制变得十分复杂,为此建立了高温超高压釜体到腔内液压油的非稳态传热模型,通过计算机仿真,分析了其温度场的分布状况,为油温的高精度控制方案的设计提供了参考依据。

Abstract:High temperature and super high pressure kettle is an essential piece of equipment used for system testing of oil field perforator. The super high pressure inside it and the compound heat transfer through multi layer medium make the accurate control of oil temperature inside it very difficult. A mathematic model has been built for the unsteady heat transfer from the kettle to the oil inside. The distribution of temperature fields has been analysed through simulation to provide a reference basis for the control of oil temperature.
