硼基超硬材料的研究进展

摘    要:超硬材料的设计与合成是材料科学研究领域的热点之一。近年来,由于超硬材料设计理论的发展,促进了人们从实验和理论上寻找硬度接近甚至超过金刚石的材料。本文综述了近年来BN、B4C、BxN、BxO和BxCyNz等系列硼基超硬材料的研究现状,同时介绍了强不可压缩材料MxBy(M——过渡金属)作为可能的超硬材料的最新研究进展。

Abstract:The design and synthesis of superhard materials is one of an interesting research subject in the field of materials science. Recently,the development of the design theory of superhard materials has promoted experimental and theoretical research activities on materials with an hardness comparable to or higher than diamond.This review deals with the current research status in the field of boron-based superhard materials,such as BN,B4C,BxN,BxO,BxCyNz and so on. In addition,the latest research progress of high-incompressible materials MxBy(M——transition-metal) as possible superhard materials is introduced.
