摘    要:用有限元法对SF_6全封闭组合电器中断路器灭弧室静电场进行了数值计算。通过对触头分开距离为100%开距、50%开距和20%开距情况下的电场计算,获得了不同情况下灭弧室的电场分布情况和沿触头表面的电场强度分布情况,确定出最大电场强度在静触头头部的弧部处。本文的计算结果为对国外引进技术的消化、吸收,完成产品的国产化研究,即为实现灭弧室电场的最佳分布,进而为解决产品的绝缘问题提供了依据。

Abstract:In this paper, the electrostatic field of the arc-chute of the circuit breaker in SF6 GIS is calcu-lated using the finite element method. For 100%, 50% and 20% gap distances, the electric fields are calculated. The electric field distribution of the arc-chute and the field strength distribution on the contacts are given, the maximum stress is found at the arc area of the head of the steady contact. The computed results will help to digest and absorb foreign science and technology so that the study of nationalization of the products is carried on. By these results, the optimum distribution of the electric field of the arc-chute may be brought about and the insulation problem is to be solved.
