摘    要:针对甲烷转化中存在多股原料气且甲烷含量波动大的情况,分析了影响甲烷转化之水碳比的因素,设计水碳比比值控制方案时引入原料气中甲烷含量的分析信号,在ECS100P DCS中实现比值控制方案并应用于生产控制。

Abstract:The feed gas comes form multi-sources,one of which from lignite gasification in which the content of methane fluctuates greatly,which influences steam to carbon ratio.Through analysis on the factors that influence steam to carbon ratio in feed gas reforming,we have designed steam to carbon ratio control program into which the methane content analysis has been introduced.The program has been realized in ECS100P DCS and applied in production control.
