黄沙坪铅锌矿选矿废水治理研究

摘    要:选用中和-聚铁絮凝-两级沉淀工艺处理黄沙坪铅锌矿的选矿废水。根据废水自身的特点,将偏酸性的硫精矿溢流水与偏碱性的尾砂水按1:2比例混合,混合后废水的pH值为10.2,适于进行后续混凝处理。混凝处理选用聚铁为絮凝剂,投加量为0.3mg/L,助凝剂聚丙烯酰胺的投加量为0.5mg/L。处理出水的80%回用为生产用水,其余出水达标外排。该工程节约了水资源,同时减少了对周边环境的污染,达到了企业清洁生产的目的。

Abstract:A processing techniques of lead-zinc mining waste water in Huangshaping were conducted,which was comprised of four steps as neutralization,coagulation using poly ferric sulfate and dual-step precipitations.The mixed proportion of waste water from pyrite mine and tailing waste water were 1 to 2.The pH value of the mixed waste water was 10.2,which was suitable for coagulation treatment.The amounts of poly ferric sulfate and PAM added in coagulation process were 0.3 mg/L and 0.5 mg/L,respectively.80 percent of...
