摘    要:较详细地介绍了济南分公司1400kt/a重油催化裂化装置工艺设备和管道非金属衬里结构的选型、衬里料的优化选择以及施工和操作等,并进行了较深入的分析。认为“要有高质量的衬里,设计合理是前提,材料质量是基础,精心施工是关键,操作平稳是保障”。

Abstract:In this article, the selection for non-metal linear structure of process equipment and pipes in reside fluid catalytic cracking unit with 1400kt/a capacity of Jinan Petrochemical Branch, linear optimum selection as well as execution and operation are detailed explained and a deeply analysis is carried out. It is considered that to obtaining high-quality lining reasonable design is a promise, material quality is a foundation, extractive construction is important and the steady operation is safeguard.
