| Abstract: | The tremendous change of processing route and structure of special steel plant is mentioned in the article.The special steel plant structure modification,the engineering logic of this structure modification and it's physical essential,and the classification of special steel plants is analysed and inducted from the viewpoint of mixprogram and investment trend with a consideration of optimization of technological route and equipment selection.Based on this conception,the function of different operation and project investment of special steel rod/wire production line,delivering it's products to machinary and automobile industry,is discussed. |
