碟式分离机自动化仿真分析研究

摘    要:有限元方法是碟式分离机应力和变形计算的有效方法,但要求较高的专业基础。大部分仿真软件无法实现与CAD的无缝连接,造成了大量的重复劳动,研发人员对仿真自动化的要求越来越高。针对碟式分离机仿真的现状,对碟式分离机的各种工况进行了详细地分析,基于VB的接口技术和ANSYS Workbench平台,开发出了碟式分离机的自动化仿真分析软件AutoSim。详述了自动化仿真分析方案的实施,并通过具体优化实例,验证其方法的可靠性与高效性。

Abstract:Finite element method(FEM),needing professional basic experiments,is one of the effective simulating tools which compute the stress and deformation of disk separators.As a result of no perfect interface between main simulation software and CAD,which cause lots of duplication of effort,the requirement of the automated simulation becomes more urgent.Based on the preliminary work and practical applications,the load cases analysis of the disk separator was made firstly.By using the interface techniques between VB and ANSYS Workbench,software named AutoSim of disk separator was developed.Finally,the verification was made by an optimization example.
