| 摘 要： | 提出了一种解决热电模块参数的方法.给出了可获得较大制冷系数的条件.热电器件冷却采用最小电流控制技术可获得较高的制冷效率,该技术已成功地应用在某热电控制的微通道换热系统中.

| Abstract: | A method is presented to obtain the thermoelectric parameters.The conditions tha t can get better coefficient are put forward.Based on the least current status,t he cooling efficiency is given for thermoelectric devices to cool objects. And t he technology has been used successfully in some microchannel heat exchanger sys tem that is based on thermoelectric control. |
