| 摘 要： | 近年来许多军工研发产品投入了小批量生产，产品在试验和生产中出现了一些质量问题，文中就研究所在执行GJB9001A-2001质量管理体系要求过程中遇到的突出质量问题提出了几个对策，同时结合实例论述了具体的应用方法。

| Abstract: | Many war industry products are put into small batch production recently,lots of quality problems are showed their self in test and manufacturing.This paper discusses the outstanding quality problems when research institute implement ISO 9000A-2001 Quality management systems requirements and expresses some suggestion for manufacturing combining with applied instances. |
