摘    要:采用现代设计方法及有限元技术.应用IDEAS软件对某电除尘器底中梁钢结构的主要尺寸参数进行了以质量为目标函数的评估和优化。在保证结构具有足够强度和刚度的前提下,实现了底中梁质量的较大幅度降低,所得结论对进一步改进原产品设计具有实用价值和指导意义。

Abstract:By means of I-DEAS software,taking quality as object function,this paper evaluates and optimizes the dimension parameters of mid-mudsill steel structure of an electrostatic precipitator. On the premise of ensuring that structure has enough intensity and rigidity, biggish decrease in quality of mid-mudsill has realized,the conclusion of the paper has practical value and instructed meaning to improve original product design farther.
