| 摘 要： | 合成了新显色剂５－氯－甲亚胺Ｈ，并研究了其与硼的反应条件。在ｐＨ５．５的乙酸－乙酸铵缓冲溶液中，显色剂与硼形成２：１的络合物。最大吸收波长为４３０ｎｍ。摩尔吸光系数为５．９５×１０~３Ｌ·ｍｏｌ~（－１）·ｃｍ~（－１）。Ｓａｎｄｅｌｌ灵敏度为０．００１８μｇ·ｃｍ~（－２）。硼量在０～２５μｇ／２５ｍＬ范围内符合比耳定律。用ＥＤＴＡ掩蔽各种干扰离子可直接测定氧化镁样品中的硼。方法快速、准确。
