摘    要:归纳了学习型组织及组织学习的基本特点,建立了企业组织学习效果的评价指标体系,借用模糊数学原理,将定性问题量化处理,建立了企业组织学习效果的模糊综合评价模型,结合实际例子,讨论了模型在企业中应用情况。

Abstract:The learning organization and its fundamental feature were described. A system of rating evaluation for business organization study was established. A compositive appraisal model of organization study effect rating is brought up on the basis of Fuzzy mathematics to quantify the factors and goals in the quantitative problems. Using a practical example,the application of model making to enterprises was discussed.
