摘    要:提出一种新的评估电力系统电压稳定性方法,这种方法只使用局部测量数据——每条线路上的电流和母线电压,证明了在电压崩溃点,所增长的发出功率全部供给了网络传输线路的损耗,而没有增加受端功率量,对应着潮流方程雅可比矩阵的奇异,表明了可以利用这种信息来指示电压稳定的程度。测试系统的测试结果表明所提出的方法是有效的,结果也证明比已有的动静态计算方法具有更多优势。

Abstract:A new method for assessing voltage stability of power system is proposed in this paper. The proposed method only uses local measurement data, i.e. current of every transmission line and bus voltage. This paper proves that at the voltage collapse point, the entire power increase at sending end only supplies transmission network losses, but not increase receiving end power, which also coincides with the singularity of the Jacobian matrix. It is shown that this information can be exploited as an indicator of voltage stability. Test results on standard sample system demonstrate that the proposed method is effective and feasible, and has several advantages over the existing static and dynamic methods.
