| 摘 要： | 介绍了某石化公司海水淡化装置的核心设备海水蒸发器,由于堵塞问题严重影响了装置的正常运行,通过实地考察并具体实验,分析了结垢的组成并提出了具体解决措施,在确保不伤害设备的情况进行了化学清洗,效果理想,没有发生铝黄铜选择性腐蚀及点蚀等损伤,除垢率达到98%以上,达到了预期的目的.

| Abstract: | The central equipment distilling column of Sea Water Desalination Plant is seriously blocked up and therefore cannot, operate regularly. The writer of this article made an on - the - spot investigation. According to the experiments, he analysed the composition of the block and put forward a proposal to solve the problem. Without the equipment being eroded, the chemical cleaning method was chosen and achieved good results. 98% of the block has been removed and desired results have been achieved. |
