乌金峡水电站机组进水口叠梁检修闸门设计

摘    要:对黄河乌金峡水电站机组进水口检修闸门在设计中的3个要点进行了论述,该检修闸门共4扇,单孔净宽13.6 m,净高19.3 m,孔口跨度较大,门叶高,分节多,其充水形式为充水阀充水。对主梁采用变截面的经济性进行分析,叠梁设计降低了门叶启闭力。

Abstract:The paper describes the three key points in the design of stop-log bulkhead gate for the power intake of Wujinxia hydropower station on the Yellow River.Four bulkhead gates are provided in total,each opening with a net width of 13.6m,net height of 19.3m.The span of opening is large,the gate leaf is high,and it is divided into many sections and water is filled by filling valve.The economy of using variable section for the girder is analyzed and the design of stop-log has reduced the opening/closing force of gate leaves.
