镁合金表面等离子喷涂纳米陶瓷涂层研究

摘    要:为了扩大镁及其合金的应用范围,必须有效地提高其表面的硬度、耐磨性、耐腐蚀性和瞬时耐热性。在压铸镁合金的表面用具有纳米尺寸的Al2O3 3%TiO2粉粒进行等离子喷涂,并借助XRD、AFM、SEM等分析方法,对涂层的微观组织进行了观察分析,并对涂层和基体的结合强度及表面硬度进行了测量。

Abstract:In order to extend the use of magnesium alloy, effective processes must be used to improve its properties such as hardness, wear resistance, corrosion resistant and thermal resistance. Plasma spraying with nona Al 2O 3 3%TiO 2 is researched to the surface of magnesium alloy. The microstructure of the coating is analyzed by using XRD? AFM and SEM. The hardness, the wear resistant and the integrate strength between the coating and the basic material are measured.
