摘    要:酒是一种主要成分为水和乙醇的饮料,是中国人民的传统饮品。其中含有酯类、醇类、酸类、醛类等微量成分。酒在医学上具有很高的价值。酿酒是一门科学,饮酒同样也是一门科学。适量饮酒有利于健康,然而酗酒则有害健康。

Abstract:Alcoholic beverage is a kind of traditional drink in which the main components are water and alcohol.Otherwise,there are trace components such as alcohols,esters,acids and aldehydes etc.in it.Alcoholic beverages have high medicinal value. Producing alcoholic beverage is a kind of science,drink is so that. Proper drinking will be good at your health,but bad drinking will be harmful for your health.
