| 摘 要： | CAD/CAE/CAM技术被模具行业所广泛应用.现借助Unigraphics软件对模具CAD部分进行参数化设计,并通过草图全约束和建立零件家族进行尺寸驱动,完成高效建模和模型修改;CAM部分使用UG对凹模部分进行模拟加工并获得自动编程G代码.提高了生产效率.

| Abstract: | The CAD/CAE/CAM technique has been widely used by mould industry. This thesis asks Unigraphics software for help to carry on parameterized mould design in the CAD field. It carries on dimension-drive by the assistance of all-constrainted sketch and parts' households. Accordingly, we can set up the mould and make some modifications efficiently. In the CAM field, we carries on imitating to process and acquire the automatic program G code of the cavity. In this way,we will enhance the productivity. |
