摘    要:本文从浏阳粉石英矿特点出发,经工艺矿物学分析,采用磨擦洗、超细磨、化学表面处理等先进技术,有效地解决了浏阳粉石英矿去铝、除铁的关键技术难点,其产品纯度、细度等指标达到电工、电子级硅微粉标准,并已在工业中开始应用。

Research and Application of Electrical and Electronic Grade Silica Powder

Abstract:Based on mineral characteristic of powder quartz from Liuyang, this paper focuses on the solution of Al and Fe removal-the key problem in silica micro powder production, by the methods of attrition scrubbing, ultrafine grinding and chemical surface modified. The purity and particle size of silica micro powder meet the electrical and electronic grade requirement and the products have been applied in industry.
