分段凿岩阶段空场法工艺要素优化

摘    要:根据分段凿岩阶段空场法的发展途径,优化了矿块结构参数和采准工程布置形式,采用高分段大跨度的采场结构参数,改善了矿块损贫指标,缩短了采准周期;应用上向留矿间隔装药分次爆破拉槽技术,改进了装药结构,加快了拉槽进度;研究应用分次集中爆破压角回采技术,既提高了采矿强度,又缩短了空区顶板最大暴露面积期,确保回采期矿房的稳定。通过实践,试验采场生产能力提高了3倍,采矿成本降低了30%,为企业产能提升和技术进步奠定了良好的基础,该优化研究对分段凿岩阶段空场法的发展和类似矿山的应用具有很好的借鉴价值。

Optimization of Process Element in Sublevel Drilling and Bench Open Stopping Method

Abstract:According to the optimization approach of sublevel drilling and bench open stopping method which could optimize the parameters of ore block structural and the arrangement of mining engineering. Using the long span parameters of high sublevel stope structure method, which could improve the dilution indicators of ore block and short the period of stope preparation. The change of the application of the shrinkage interval charging time pull groove blasting technology, that could improve the charge structre and speed up the progress of pull slot. The research of the application of stopeing technology of the fractional and concentrated leaveing angle of mining, which can not only improves the mining intensity, and reduces the area of the maximum cavity roof exposure and ensure the stability of the phase extraction chamber. According to the practice, the test stope production capacity has increased three times and the mining cost was reduced by 30%, which laid a good foundation for production capacity and technological progress of the enterprise. The optimization research which has the worthy reference value for the development of sublevel drilling and bench open stopping method and the application of other similar mines.
