摘    要:本文以焦粉为原料,采用过二硫酸铵化学法改性焦粉,将其应用于亚甲基蓝印染废水处理,初步得出改性焦粉吸附处理亚甲基蓝废水工艺条件为:振荡时间80min、pH值≥10、改性焦粉用量0.8g、亚甲基蓝废水初始浓度小于20mg/L。拟合实验数据得出改性焦粉对亚甲基蓝的吸附属于Langmuir单分子层吸附;研究了不同温度下的平衡参数(RL)与亚甲基蓝初始浓度(G)的关系,RL都处于0~1之间,表明改性焦粉对亚甲基蓝的吸附性能较好。

Study on Adsorption of Methylene Blue from Dyeing Wastewater by Modified Coke

Abstract:This paper prepares an adsorbent on coke for raw materials through second ammonium sulfate chemical methods, which is modification of coke, It is used to treatment technology of methylene blue dyeing wastewater. Come to a preliminary modified coke absorption of methylene blue wastewater treatment process is: oscillation time 80 min,pH ≥ 10, amount of modified coke powder 0.8g, initial concentration of methylene blue wastewater less than 20mg/L. Fitting the experimental datas obtained modified coke on the absorption of methylene blue is Langmuir single molecule layer absorption. Studied the relationship between balance parameters (RL) under different temperatttre and methylene blue initial concentration (CL), and RL are in between 0 to 1. The experiment results showed that the modified coke on methylene blue adsorption properties is better.
