凹凸棒土的纯化及吸附性能研究

摘    要:本文对江苏盱眙凹凸棒土的提纯分散以及吸附性能进行了研究。通过TEM观察发现经过3%六偏磷酸钠分散提纯后凹凸棒土达到了一维纳米分散,针状的晶体分散均匀,尺寸约为长300nm,宽40nm;XRD分析表明凹凸棒原矿石中的杂质主要为SiO2,提纯后SiO2基本完全除去,提纯后的凹凸棒土几乎不含有其他杂质,分散提纯凹凸棒土和改性加热凹凸棒土的吸硫量较原矿石均有大幅度提高。

Study on the Purification and Adsorption Capability of Attapuligte

Abstract:In this paper the purification and adsorption capability of attapuligte from xuyi of Jiangsu province are researched. It is found that by TEM the club attapuligte crystallization reach one dimension nano-dispersion even which size is about 300nm length and 40nm width after purified by 3%(NaPO3)6. The XRD indicates the impurity of raw attapuligte clay is mainly SiO2, but after purification there is not almost SiO2 in the attapuligte. The SO2 adsorption capability ofattapuligte purified and heat modified is more higher than that of raw attapuligte clay.
