淮北煤系高岭土补强天然橡胶试验研究

摘    要:以表面改性的超细高岭土粉体(平均粒径1.54μm)为原料,研究其对天然橡胶的补强作用。通过不同种类偶联剂及高岭土填充量等试验研究表明,对于此淮北高岭土,适宜的偶联剂是钛酸酯;在填充量相同前提下,煅烧土对天然橡胶的补强效果优于未煅烧土;SEM分析可知,粉体粒度越细,补强效果越好。

Abstract:Coupling agent was used to make superficial organic modification to Huaibei coal-series kaolin (the average particle size of ultrafine powder is 1.54μm), research of reinforcement to natural rubber. The different kinds of coupling agent and filling amount test result showed that suitable coupling agent was titanate. The mechanical properties of the calcined Kaolin/NR composite material was better than uncalcined Kaolin/NR composite material while filling amount was equal. On the basis of analysis of SEM, the finer the powders size, the better reinforcement effect.
