摘    要:研制一种基于Mie散射理论的全自动激光粒度分布仪,介绍了其硬件工作原理和软件设计方案。该粒度仪能够实现自动测试、自动光路校准、自动进水、自动排水、自动消除气泡、自动清洗等功能。上位机采用VC++6.0设计服务器端监测界面,实现参数设置、数据计算、报表、打印等功能。试验表明:所设计的粒度仪能够准确自动地完成样品的典型粒径测量,具有准确可靠、测试速度快、重复性好、操作简便等特点。

Abstract:To develop a kind of full-automatic laser granulometer which based on the Mie scattering theory,this paper introduced the hardware working principle and the design scheme of software.The granulometer can realize the test automatically,automatic rays calibration,automatic watering,automatic drainaging,eliminating bubbles automatically,automatic cleaning,etc.The superior machine uses the VC+ + 6.0 designed server to monitor the screen,to realize the parameter settings,data calculation,statements,printing,etc.Tests show that the granulometer can complete accurate measurement of the samples' typical particle automatically,which has the prominent advantages of accuracy and reliance,fast speeding test,good duplication,easy operation,etc.
