供电设备检修计划优化

摘    要:随着电力系统规模的逐渐扩大,设备数目急剧增多,人工安排检修计划越来越难。该文从电网设备检修计划编制的实际出发,建立一个满足多种约束条件,以减少设备重复停电和保障设备安全为目标的检修计划优化模型。针对该模型的特点,求解的遗传算法采用了整数编码、随机交叉、有约束的变值变异的策略及有效的适值函数。实例的计划结果表明,所采用的方法是有效的,达到了避免重复停电和提高电网安全的目的,并解决了人工安排检修计划困难的问题。

Abstract:With the capacity of power system increasing annually and the amount of devices becoming larger and larger,making maintenance scheduling manually becomes more and more difficult.This paper proposes an optimization model for transmission system maintenance scheduling to reduce the frequency of the same equipments' outage considering the condition of equipments,which is subjected to different constraints.To solve this problem,the strategies including integer coding,randomized cross-over,changing value's mutation is introduced to genetic algorithm. Simulation on real system is given to verify the effctiveness of the model.
