| 摘 要： | 对太湖流域与泰晤士河流域的水污染治理过程进行比较分析。通过对两流域的主要特征、污染情况、水污染治理等方面的对比分析,总结太湖流域水污染治理的经验教训,并借鉴泰晤士河流域的治理经验,提出有针对性的太湖治理建议。

| Abstract: | A relatively detailed comparative analysis of the water pollution governance processes of Taihu Basin and Thames River Basin was conducted. Mainly through analysis of the main characteristics, pollution situation, water pollution governance and so on, the experience of water pollution governance in the Taihu basin is summarized. Using the governance experience of Thames River Basin as a reference, target suggestions for governance of Taihu Basin are proposed. These suggestions would be expected to contribute to China＇s llth Five-Year Plan, later stage governance of Taihu Basin, and governance of ‘Three rivers and Three lakes＇ in China. |
