美英法日高校跨学科教育与人才培养探究

摘    要:本文主要对近 2 0多年来美英法日四国高校跨学科教育及其人才培养的改革走向进行探讨 ,包括政府对实施跨学科教育的政策导向 ,高校设立跨学科教学研究机构 ,开设跨学科课程 ,以及相应的教学资源配置与整合 ,提高教育教学质量 ,培养适应经济社会快速发展和日益激烈的国际竞争的复合型创新人才 ,以期为深化我国高等教育改革提供一些有益的借鉴

Abstract:The article mainly discusses interdisciplinary education and reformation tendency about talent cultivation in the higher education institution of US, UK, France and Japan in the past 20 years. It includes: the policy-orientation of government that put into practice to interdisciplinary education, institution on interdisciplinary teaching established by universities, setting up interdisciplinary courses, distribution and integration for the homologous teaching resources. It can improve the education and teaching quality. It can also cultivate compound creative talents to carter to the rapid development of the society and the increasingly serious international competition.Through the research the author also tries to offer the useful advice to the reform of higher education in China.
