| 摘 要： | 以市场结构理论为工具,以天津市房地产业为对象,以1996～2006年的数据为依据,分析了房地产业市场结构与市场绩效的关系。结果显示:产业集中度愈高,行业利润率愈高。

| Abstract: | The market structure theory is employed to investigate the real estate industry in Tianjin. The data of the real estate industry from 1996 to 2006 are used to analyze the relationship between market structure and market performance. It is concluded that high industrial concentration leads to high profits. |
