| 摘 要： | 人才是企业生存发展的核心要素.在社会主义市场经济条件下,国有石油企业要充分重视人才队伍建设,尤其要注重观念先行,勇于探索与实践,牢固树立"人才资源是第一资源"的理念,努力增加人才总量,为石油企业持续和谐发展提供人才储备;牢固树立"人人皆可成才"的理念,加大教育培训力度,为石油企业持续和谐发展打造人才"尖兵";牢固树立"有用即是人才"的理念,营造人尽其才的良好环境,为石油企业持续和谐发展提供智力支持.
