单光子计数器冷却系统的设计

摘    要:用单光子计数器探测绝缘聚合物的电致发光来测试聚合物老化击穿性能,比传统的计算空间电荷畸变方法准确度更高,因单光子计数器的总灵敏度受光电倍增管噪声及量子效率的影响,故采半导体制冷与水冷双重冷却的方法研制了单光子数器冷却系统,经实验证明,该系统大大降低了光电倍增管的噪声,提高了量子效率,从而提高了计数器的总灵敏度,为聚合物性能方面的新型绝缘材料的开发利用提供了更加准确可靠的方法。

Abstract:The method for testing the break-down property of insulate polymer caused by aging, which is carried out by testing the electroluminescence of the insulate polymer with single-photon counter is much more accurate than the traditional method which is carried out by counting the distortion of electric charge in space. The sensitivity of the single-photon counter concerns yawp and quanta -efficiency of photomultiplier. It was proved by experiments that the cooling system of the single-photon counter by means of a double cooling method of water cooling and semiconductor cooling which is designed by the authors own can reduce yawp and raise quanta-efficiency of photomultiplier and then heighten sensitivity of single-photon counter. Then there is a new and more accurate method of both testing property of insulate polymer and exploitation of new insulated material.
