摘    要:通过分析太阳运行规律,设计了太阳位置传感器。采用两级传感器方式,实时检测太阳方位;运用电力线载波,实现设备与上位机信息传输。利用简单光敏电阻和SPCE061A单片机设计了一种多方向太阳能收集控制系统,实现了大范围高精度地跟踪太阳;利用PL2102B载波芯片实现精确监控通信。经试验,系统的高度角和方向角跟踪范围在0~180°和0~270°,跟踪精度达到1°,而且设备与上位机信号传输稳定。

Abstract:A position sensor of sun is designed according to the motion rule of the sun. The method of two level is used by the track sensors to track the position of sun at real-time. Power line carrier can be used to transmit information between computer and device. With simple photo-resistor and the MCU of SPCE061A, a control system of a multi-directional solar collector is achieved, which can realize a wide range and high-precision tracking of solar. The chip of PL20102B is to realize accurate monitoring communication. The experimental verification shows that the ranges of the elevation and azimuth angle are 0 - 180°and 0 -270°. The tracking accuracy can achieve 1°and the signal transmission between computer and device is stable.
