涡旋式膨胀机数学模型及仿真研究

摘    要:在分析涡旋式膨胀机工作特性的基础上,从涡旋式膨胀机啮合点的角度对膨胀起始角进行了推导;将其工作形式分为进气、膨胀、排气3个过程,建立了各过程函数形式的工作腔容积计算模型.运用Fluent软件对涡旋式膨胀机的工作过程进行仿真分析,仿真结果对涡旋式膨胀机容积计算模型进行了验证.

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the performance characteristic of scroll expander,the starting angle of the expansion is put tbrward from the meshing point of scroll expander perspective.The working process is divided into three,which are suction, expansion and discharge respectively.The calculation model of working chamber volume including three processes is also given.The working process of scroll expander is simulated and analyzed by Fluent software and the scroll expander volueme calculation model is verified based on simulation results.
