丁烷往复压缩机出口管道的阻尼减振研究

摘    要:针对天津某石化公司丁烷往复压缩机出口管道振动问题,阐述了压缩机出口管道振动的原因及危害,分析管道阻尼减振技术的减振原理.通过现场测量管道系统振动的情况,运用有限元分析软件对管道进行了模态计算分析,并结合实际情况,提出了管道振动的解决方案.运用阻尼减振技术,在不停机、未改变管线原有结构布置的情况下在管道的适当位置安装阻尼器,有效降低了管道系统的振幅,消除了管道振动产生的安全隐患.

Abstract:In order to reduce the vibration occurred in butane reciprocating compressor piping system in a petrochemical factory in Tianjin, this paper describes the reasons and damages, analyzes the principle of damping vibration.According to the situation of piping system vibration measured in the field, it calculates the modal with finite element method (FEM).Then it brings forward feasible solutions for reducing the vibration of the pipeline combined the actual situation.The results show that damping technology can effectively reduce the vibration amplitude of whole pipeline system without shutting down the machine set or changing the original structure of the pipeline and eliminate the damage and threat caused by the Dioeline vibration.
