压缩机远程监控与故障诊断技术研究

摘    要:通过对压缩机远程监控与故障诊断技术研究,将基于无线通信技术的设备远程监控与压缩机故障诊断技术相结合,构建压缩机监控诊断与技术服务平台,利用移动通讯商提供的数据传输服务和自行开发的嵌入式数据传输单元(DTU)实现设备远程监控数据传输,将数据发送到压缩机监控诊断与技术服务平台的远程数据处理中心,在平台上对压缩机运行状态进行实时监控、预警和故障诊断,为厂家及用户提供设备远程监控和故障诊断服务。

Abstract:In this paper, based on the research on compressor remote monitoring and fauh diagnosing technology, the compressor monitor diagnosing and technical service platform is established combining the compressor fault diagnosing technology and equipment remote monitoring based on wireless communication technology.The equipment remote monitoring data transmission is implemented using the data transmission service provided by mobile commnieation supplier and the self-developed embedded DataTransmission Unit (DTU) .The data are sent to the remote data treatment center of compressor monitor diagnosing and technical service platform. And the compressor operating status is real-time monitoring, early warning and fault diagnosis on the platform.It has provided equipment remote monitoring and fault diagnosing service for the manufacturers and users.
