宽厚板坯结晶器内气液界面波动行为规律的实验研究

摘    要:通过物理模拟研究了2200×280mm2宽厚板坯结晶器吹氩时其内界面波动行为,考察了吹气量、拉速对结晶器内液面波动的影响规律。结果表明:结晶器吹氩后,各气量下液面平均波高均增加了1.2倍以上,且液面影响的区域集中在距水口2/3断面宽度范围内,弯月面附近的波动影响则较小。与常规板坯结晶器内液面平均波高随吹气量、拉速的增加而增大的规律不同,本实验中随这两个工艺参数的增加液面平均波高均先增大后减小。本文从实验条件下得出了控制液面波动的最佳气量。

Abstract:A physical model was established to study the interfacial fluctuation in a wide plate continuous casting mold with argon blowing and the effects of gas flowrate and casting speed on it were investigated. The results show that the average surface fluctuations all increase 1.2 times under all the gas flowrates with argon blowing than that without argon blowing and the region along the nozzle to 2/3 wide face is mainly affected, while the effect on the fluctuation of meniscus is small. Other than the rule that the average surface fluctuation increasing with the increase of gas flowrate and casting speed in conventional slab continous casting mold, in the present experiment the average surface fluctuations all first increase to a maximum then decrease with the increase of the two operation parameters. Furthermore, the optimal gas flowrate to restrain the surface fluctuation was presented by physical model.
