机器人辅助模具自动抛光研究及发展趋势

摘    要:因为模具抛光已成为模具智能制造的“瓶颈”,故模具自动抛光的研究已引起广泛的关注,并取得了很大的进展。概述了机器人辅助模具自动抛光研究的进展;介绍了关节式PUMA-562机器人为平台的辅助模具自动抛光实验系统,提出了进一步的研究方向。

Abstract:Surface finishing and polishing account for a significant portion of the total time devoted to die and mold manufacturing. Traditional die and mold polishing is expensive, time consuming, labor intensive and prone to error,it requires skilled machinists and has become the bottleneck of die and mold intelligent manufacturing. Thus an automatic die and mold polishing system should be developed in order to substitute for experienced machinists. Computer aided mold finishing and polishing have made great progress.In this paper, the recent research on robot-aided die and mold autormatic polishing are outlined.Some authors,researches about it and the future research trends are also presented.
