纳米NbSe2-铜基复合材料的摩擦磨损性能研究

摘    要:采用粉末冶金技术制备出了纳米NbSe2-铜基复合材料,并用UTM-2型微观摩擦磨损试验机测试复合材料在不同载荷下的摩擦磨损性能,用扫描电子显微镜分析了复合材料磨痕形貌.结果表明,纳米NbSe2的加人在摩擦表面形成一层完整的纳米NbSe2润滑膜,使铜合金基体在各个载荷下的摩擦系数变得较为平稳,且能增强复合材料的承载能力.但由于NbSe2纳米粉末的加入,使基体较软,纳米粒子损失较快,以致磨损量有所增加.

Abstract:Nano-NbSe2-containing copper-based composites were synthesized by a process of powder metallurgy.The friction and wear performance of the composites were investigated by UMT-2 Multi-specimen test system.The worn surface morphologies of the composites were observed using scanning electron microscope.It was found that the incorporation of NbSe2 nanoparticles contributed to formation of a layer of nano-NbSe2 lubricating film on the friction surface.The film made the friction coefficients steady under different...
