| 摘 要： | 主要对采用C sI闪烁晶体和P IN硅光电二极管耦合作为γ射线的接收探头的技术进行研究,并论证该技术的可行性,给出了电流放大型和电压放大型的原理图以及制板图,并对其性能作了简单分析。
