SBP嵌段共聚物的合成和鉴定EI

摘    要:用正丁基锂为引发剂,四氢呋喃为添加剂,按阴离子顺序加料方法合成了聚苯乙烯-丁二烯-4-乙烯吡啶(SBP)嵌段共聚物,经FTIR、UV、DSC、DDV等测试方法表征,证实了所合成的聚合物为聚苯乙烯-丁二烯-4-乙烯基吡啶嵌段共聚物。研究表明4-乙烯吡啶在聚合体系中聚合反应极为迅速且由于吡啶环上N原子对碳阴离子较为敏感,故嵌段共聚物中含有部分分子量较高的支化高分子。透射电镜表明样品具有精细的微相结构。聚合物的微相结构随聚合物中聚丁二烯含量提高,可以从蜂窝状结构转变成层状结构。

Abstract:In present paper poly (styrene-butadiene-4-vinylpyrdine) triblock copolymer were obtained by a sequential anionic polymerization method,using n-butyllithium as initator and benzene as solvent. Triblock copolymers were characterized by a series of physical measu-rments.TEM pholographs of triblock copolymers show that a three-lamellar structure with a repeating unit A-B-C-, where A, B and C represent the domains consisting of the corresponding block presented in polymer film respectively and the three layer lamellar structure was transfered into homogeneous structure by changing the content of polybutadi-ene in triblock copolymer.Double peaks in GPC spectrum illustrates that graft polymer may be formed when the third monomer ( 4 -vinylpyridine ) was added into polymerization system.The triblock copolymer could be modified by a series of chemical reactions to fabricate charge-mosaic membrane used as separation membrane, which is very permeable to salts but not low molecular weight nonelectrolytes.
