基于小波分析校正网络的直流电机调速研究

摘    要:直流电机在生产实践中有着交流电机无法替代的广泛应用。为提高直流电机的调速精度和转速稳定性,利用小波包分析技术,提取电流、电压和转速的小波系数中所包含的丰富的时频信息,判别故障,修正转速,本文设计了带调速检测和校正网络直流电机调速器;并和常规调速器的性能进行了对比实验。经过实验和生产实践验证,该控制系统具有较好的稳态性能与瞬态性能,较高的精度高和可靠性。

Abstract:In practice,the application of DC motor is irreplaceable in comparison with ACmotor.In order to improve the accuracy of adjusting speed and the stability of rotating speed,the controller of DC motor with correction worknet was designed using the wavelet transformation which can extract the time-frequency informations of the wavelet coefficients of current,voltage and rotating speed to judge the faults and to correct speed.Tests were made contrast with ordinary con- troller.Experiments and tests show that this controlling system had better stability and instantaneity bearing higher accu- racy and reliability.
