色谱法测定N_2O_4、MON中相当水含量的不确定度评定

摘    要:为确定气相色谱法测定四氧化二氮(N2O4)、绿色四氧化二氮(MON)中相当水含量的不确定度,按照GJB1964—1994、GJB1673—1993中规定的色谱法测量相当水含量的方法,用SC-200气相色谱仪测定N2O4相当水含量,应用测定数据进行标准不确定度、合成不确定度、扩展不确定度的分析和评定。合成标准不确定度为0.0327%,扩展不确定度为0.065%(包含因子k=2)。

Abstract:In order to determine the uncertainty of the equivalent water content in dinitrogen tetroxide(N2O4) and MON by gas chromatography method, the equivalent water content of N2O4 was measured by SC-200 gas chromatograph apparatus according to the equivalent water content chromatography measurement method provided by GJB 1964-1994 and GJB 1673 - 1993. The standard uncertainty, combined uncertainty, expanded uncertainty were analyzed and evaluated applying the measured data. The combined standard uncertainty is 0.0327%, the expanded uncertainty is 0.065% (coverage factor k = 2).
