储能用锂离子电池组热管理结构设计

摘    要:利用风扇强制对流换热,对储能用锂离子电池组进行热管理结构设计和性能研究。通过利用软件STAR-CCM+的包面、多面体网格生成及其求解等功能,对热管理结构设计进行数值模拟,分析了电池散热结构的温度场和流场分布情况,结果表明:电池箱具有良好的温度一致性,系统冷却效果良好。

Abstract:Based on the fan forced convection heat transfer,the thermal management structure design and performance of energy storage batteries was studied.A numerical simulation of the thermal management structure design was made with STRA-CCM+,using the function of wrap,polyhedral and its solver.Then,the temperature field and the flow field of cooling structure were analyzed.The results show that the temperature in the battery pack has a good consistency,and the cooling effect is good.
