| Abstract: | With the popularity of 3G networks,the mobile video communication which is most convenient in the current becomes a reality.The use of smart phones as the front-end equipment,video communication as a basic,combination of voice and data communications,to build efficient and intelligent communication platform with integration of information technology for the industry has huge advantage,is becoming the main form of communication for next-generation mobile emergency command system. |
