摘    要:基于微粒捕集器(DPF)NO2辅助再生计算模型,建立了添加铈基添加剂时DPF的催化再生计算模型,并进行了试验验证.采用铈基添加剂提高DPF的再生性能,在4种典型工况下对有添加剂和无添加剂的DPF进行了催化再生对比试验.结果表明:有添加剂的DPF在低排气温度下再生性能明显优于无添加剂的DPF再生性能,但仍然难以达到微粒平衡状态;在中高排气温度下再生性能也得到了提高,达到微粒平衡状态的时间缩短,微粒平衡质量减小.这对于提高柴油机的经济性,减少动力性损失,延长DPF的寿命十分必要.
