摘    要:精炼炉电极调节系统是一个多变量、强耦合、大滞后的非线性系统,多年以来大多采用传统PID控制方式,控制效果不很理想。本文提出一种基于神经网络的电极调节内模控制方法,通过仿真证明了精炼炉电极调节系统内模控制跟踪设定电流好、抗扰动能力强。

Abstract:Ladle furnace electrode regulation system is a multi-variable, strong coupling, and parameter time-varying nonlinear system, nowadays the system is often controlled by PID that could hardly achieve ideal control result. Based neural network the model of the internal model control(IMC) is estahlished, Simulation results proved that the IMC method on electrod regulating system of ladle furnace tracking setting current good, disturbance is strong.
