| 摘 要： | 电网的安全性和防治措施是经济发展和社会稳定的重要保证，本文简要介绍了电力系统安全性问题和当前电力系统的安全性评价原则和分类，然后从分析影响电网安全性的内在因素和外在因素出发，结合当前的技术与管理手段，提出了加强电力系统安全性，预防电力系统发生大的停电事故的预防措施。

| Abstract: | The safe of power system and prevention is the important for the economic development and social stability. This paper briefly introduces the power system security problems and current power system security principle of evaluation and classification. Based on the analysis on the internal factors and external factors innuencing power system security aIld current technological developments and management methods, some prevention strategies are proposed to enhance power system security and to prevent the seriously blackouts of power system. |
