燃料电池双极板材料趋肤效应的模拟研究

摘    要:燃料电池在动态负载输出时,电池内有趋肤效应现象产生.对不锈钢圆柱导体中的趋肤效应现象进行了模拟研究,并将模拟计算结果与理论计算结果进行比较,两者有很好的一致性.在此基础上,模拟研究了燃料电池双极板采用不同材料和不同形状时其趋肤效应现象.计算结果表明:由于趋肤效应作用,双极板边缘电流密度远大于中心电流密度,并且金属材料的...

Abstract:The skin effect phenomenon generates in fuel cell when it works at an instable condition.In this article,the modeling study of the skin effect in a cylindrical stainless steel conductor was carried out.The simulation results are agreed well with the theory results.Then the skin effects in fuel cell bipolar plates which were in different materials and shapes were numerically investigated.The simulation results show that the edge current density is greater than the center current density in the bipolar plate because of the skin effect,and the skin effect of the metal material is more obvious than that of the graphite material.With the increase of the ratio between the length and the width of the bipolar plate cross section,the skin effect of current density reduces.
