| Abstract: | The paper briefly describes the present situation of tea resource,the ways and the importance of its comprehensive utilization in Yunnan. Methods and uses that produce tea-seed oil,tea saponine,tea-seed protein and xylose from tea-seeds and catechinic meterials from tea leaf are also summarized. |
